Who is this bundle designed for?  

Anyone looking for products that make it easy to wash away dirt, sweat, excess oil, and daily buildup.

Can I use these products together?  

Absolutely! Although our 4-in-1 Essential Face Wipes are designed for on-the-go use, they also make a great first step in your cleansing routine. Use one to remove sweat, sunscreen, makeup, or daily grime, then follow with 1 pump of Fantastic Face Wash for a deeper cleanse.

Are these products safe for sensitive skin?  

Though not tested for sensitive skin, we have designed our products to work for a variety of skin types and have heard awesome feedback from folks with sensitive, reactive skin. If you have extra-sensitive skin, we might recommend a patch test of each individual product on the inner wrist before applying to the full face for extra precaution.

Are these products pregnancy-safe?  

Neither of these products contain any ingredients that are commonly avoided during pregnancy, such as vitamin A or high doses of salicylic acid (+2%). That said, we always recommend checking in with your healthcare provider about ingredient lists and any new products during pregnancy.

Do these formulas include fragrance?  

Yes! Both products feature their own 100% naturally derived aroma that is completely free of synthetic fragrances.

Our 4-in-1 Essential Face Wipes have a fresh herbal aroma of real Lavender, Fir, and Orange. Our Fantastic Face Wash blends Spearmint, a Cedar, and a twist of Lime for a crisp, forest-infused aroma.

What if I don’t love it?  

We totally understand that skincare is not one-size-fits-all and that everyone’s skin is unique. If you are not satisfied with your Ursa Major products, you may return your product for a full refund or store credit within 30 days of receiving your order.

Do you offer free shipping?  

We happily offer free standard shipping via DHL/USPS for all domestic orders $40+ placed on our website. Orders below $40 will ship via DHL/USPS for a flat $7 fee. 

How do I start a return?  

Super easy! Just head on over to our Returns Portal, where you’ll just need your order number (the one starting with UM) and your email address or zip code to get started.
