Who is this bundle designed for?  

Anyone looking for an easy, effective way to keep skin feeling fresh, balanced, and hydrated throughout the day. They are sensitive skin-friendly, and the wipes are especially great for travel, workouts or busy schedules.

Can I use these products together?  

The Essential Face Wipes are steeped in our Essential Face Tonic, so they are different formats of the same product! Use the Face Tonic as part of your daily skincare routine at home, and reach for the wipes whenever you need a quick refresh on the go.

Are these products safe for sensitive skin?  

Though not tested for sensitive skin, we have designed our products to work for a variety of skin types and have heard awesome feedback from folks with sensitive, reactive skin. If you have extra-sensitive skin, we might recommend a patch test of each individual product on the inner wrist before applying to the full face for extra precaution.

Are the products pregnancy-safe?  

Both formulas contain a small amount of naturally derived salicylic acid (a type of BHA) from Willow Bark. While salicylic acid is an ingredient some people choose to avoid during pregnancy, it is present at a very low level in these formulas. As always, we recommend reviewing ingredient lists and checking with your healthcare provider about any skincare products you're using during pregnancy.

Do these formulas include fragrance?  

No synthetic fragrances here. Both products feature a fresh, herbal aroma that comes entirely from real plant extracts, including notes of Orange, Lavender, and Fir.

What if I don’t love it?  

We totally understand that skincare is not one-size-fits-all and that everyone’s skin is unique. If you are not satisfied with your Ursa Major products, you may return your product for a full refund or store credit within 30 days of receiving your order.

Do you offer free shipping?  

We happily offer free standard shipping via DHL/USPS for all domestic orders $40+ placed on our website. Orders below $40 will ship via DHL/USPS for a flat $7 fee. 

How do I start a return?  

Super easy! Just head on over to our Returns Portal, where you’ll just need your order number (the one starting with UM) and your email address or zip code to get started.

    Wonderful Toner

    In the past, I had a hard time remembering to use toner after cleansing my face. It was a step I could skip and go for the lotion.

    However, I now LOVE applying the Essential Face Tonic and am on my second bottle. Not only does it smell incredible, it feels great on my skin and is loaded with good things to help nourish my skin.

    I highly recommend it to anyone thinking about getting a toner.
