    Who is this bundle designed for?  

    Anyone after clean body essentials that keeps things fresh, or whose nose prefers our crisp, cool Zingy Mint aroma profile.

    What does the Zingy Mint aroma smell like?  

    It’s a sense-tingling blend of cool Eucalyptus, crisp Peppermint, and fresh-squeezed citrus—that’s 100% naturally derived and never overpowering.

    Can I use the body wash and bar soap together?  

    Yes, you absolutely can—but it’s also not a must. Use the bar soap when you want a more scrubby, exfoliating experience, and the body wash for a silky, sudsy cleanse.

    Are these products safe for sensitive skin?  

    Though not tested for sensitive skin, we have designed our products to work for a variety of skin types and have heard awesome feedback from folks with sensitive, reactive skin. If you have extra-sensitive skin, we might recommend a patch test of each individual product on the inner wrist before applying to your full body for extra precaution.

    Are these products pregnancy-safe?  

    None of these products contain any ingredients that are commonly avoided during pregnancy, such as vitamin A or high doses of salicylic acid (+2%). That said, we always recommend checking in with your healthcare provider about ingredient lists and any new products during pregnancy.

    What if I don’t love it?  

    We totally understand that skincare is not one-size-fits-all and that everyone’s skin is unique. If you are not satisfied with your Ursa Major products, you may return your product for a full refund or store credit within 30 days of receiving your order.

    Do you offer free shipping?  

    We happily offer free standard shipping via DHL/USPS for all domestic orders $40+ placed on our website. Orders below $40 will ship via DHL/USPS for a flat $7 fee. 

    How do I start a return?  

    Super easy! Just head on over to our Returns Portal, where you’ll just need your order number (the one starting with UM) and your email address or zip code to get started.
